I have been working in the field of leadership development in various capacities for around twenty years now, both in the private and the public sectors. My focus is on helping people to be at their best – to be ‘themselves on a good day’. I am passionate about helping people to develop themselves, whether that be through 1-1 coaching, training, facilitation or using psychometric tools to ensure they achieve their potential. I work with individuals, groups or teams and loves nothing more than when someone has that ‘light bulb moment’ and takes that step forward in their understanding or development. I have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), a qualified coach and a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) feedback facilitator.
