I enable leaders to develop the confidence to take action, develop their skills and finally step into their role as a leader – no matter what level they are working at now. I have worked in the field of leadership development for over twenty years, working in both the private and public sectors. In 2009 I decided to take a leap of faith and set up my own business CSB Learning, and have not stopped since! I work with a wide range of clients, from those who have just started supervising staff through to experienced senior managers, but who all share a desire to increase confidence and develop their expertise in leading others.
